Job Description

Identification & documentation of customer business requirement needs
Responsibile for providing technical support & may also provide project Management
Responsible for resolving Business issues
to support the RFI and RFP and also during the pre-sales process
Support project team members in understanding the business requirements

Professional business consulting experience & Experience of working as a business analyst in an Ecommerce and/or retail environment
Experience in gathering and documenting both business and technical requirements via phone and in-person meetings with business partners.
Should Work collaboratively with business partners, the entire implementation team, Project Managers and the Development team
Should be able to perform current state analysis of existing business systems, applications and functions
Plan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate business, functional and technical requirements
Project and stakeholder management knowledge, with a good understanding of the Agile & scrum methodologies
Significant experience of working in a Business Analyst role, should have previously
successfully delivered a number of efficient solutions involving complex multi-system dependencies
Strong in managing multiple client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
